1 ON 1 SESSION

 Our Personal Training sessions are fully tailored to you, your goals, and your lifestyle. With one-on-one coaching, structured programming, and ongoing support, we help you move better, get stronger, and see real results. We offer 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions to suit your schedule, whether you’re just starting out or ready to take things to the next level. 

ADAPTIVE 1 ON 1 SESSION

 Our Adaptive Personal Training sessions are designed to support individuals with diverse needs, including those with cerebral palsy (CP), autism, and other physical or intellectual disabilities. With one-on-one coaching and fully tailored programming, we focus on building strength, improving movement, and growing confidence in a safe, supportive environment. We offer 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions to suit individual needs, abilities, and schedules.
