A group class that uses different areas of exercise to gain fitness, burn fat, increase muscle, improve mobility, and increase strength. Our Fort Fit programming includes training from categories like HIIT, strongman, bodybuilding, agility, and more.
A 90 minute group class that focuses on competitive powerlifting movements (Back Squat, Bench and Deadlift). If competition powerlifting is your goal, this is the class for you.

A 1 hour group class that focuses on building strength training using Squats, Bench, and Deadlift as a foundation. We then use a combination of accessory lifts to build muscle and strength. We programme this class to get you stronger and increase muscle mass for a healthier lifestyle, greater bone density, and increased mobility. Everyone can benefit from strength training for a better, longer life.

Fort Kids (ages 7-12) - A 45 minute fitness class for kids to learn base strength, movement, technique, balance, and coordination. We use games and activities to build confidence, teamwork, and to have loads of fun.
Fort Teens (ages 12-17) - A 45 minute strength and conditioning class for teens to learn a foundation of movement basics and technique while building strength and fitness.

Hollie Wilkerson is a seasoned personal trainer, having immersed herself in the field since 2018, with a multifaceted approach encompassing weight loss, nutrition planning, muscle building, and teen strength and fitness coaching. As a powerlifter and coach, she brings a unique perspective to her practice, emphasizing lifestyle changes and empowering her clients to achieve their fitness goals. Beyond her personal training endeavors, she extends her expertise to Special Olympics Powerlifting, guiding athletes to success while nurturing their physical and mental growth. With a genuine passion for witnessing transformation and a commitment to holistic wellness, Hollie is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to health and fitness excellence.
I bring over a decade of extensive experience in the fitness industry, specializing primarily in strength and conditioning. As the head coach of our Powerlifting team, I've steered our athletes to remarkable achievements on both National and International platforms. Beyond my dedication to powerlifting, I'm deeply committed to supporting the special needs community through tailored Strength and Conditioning programs. Whether it's guiding our County's Special Olympic Powerlifting team or providing personalized one-on-one training, I'm driven by a passion for inclusivity and empowerment. Additionally, as the lead programmer for all Fortitude Strength classes, I take immense pride in witnessing the transformative impact our training has on people's lives. Seeing the tangible changes individuals make through their journey at Fortitude is what truly fuels my enthusiasm.
