Fort Strong is a strength and fitness community focused on helping people of all ages and abilities become stronger, healthier, and more confident. We offer group training, personal training, powerlifting coaching, teen classes, and adaptive training.
Not at all. Many of our members start as complete beginners. Our coaches will help guide you at your own pace in a supportive and welcoming environment.

30-minute sessions
45-minute sessions
60-minute sessions
Our PT sessions are tailored to your goals, fitness level, and experience.
Our adaptive training sessions are designed for individuals with additional needs, including athletes with autism, cerebral palsy (CP), intellectual disabilities, and other support needs. Sessions focus on confidence, movement, strength, and creating a positive training experience.
Are your classes suitable for teens?
Yes. Our teen classes are designed to teach safe lifting techniques, build confidence, improve athletic performance, and create healthy training habits in a fun and supportive environment.
Yes. We coach both beginner and competitive powerlifters. Whether you want to learn the basics or compete at a high level, we can help with technique, programming, and competition preparation.
Definitely. We support athletes interested in competing and can guide you through the process from your first competition through to higher-level events.
We generally recommend:
2–3 sessions per week for beginners
3–5 sessions per week for strength and performance goals
